He loves nature and well-being. He caters to the local community with Walking poles and inspires people to become active outdoors. Join him, and together venture into nature, have FUN outdoors to reduce isolation and loneliness and show people how amazing the great outdoors is.

Yamin’s prime youth lifestyle was packed with adventures and sporting activities ranging from Outdoor Sports (Rock Climbing, Abseiling, Sailing and white Water Canoeing) to competitive sports (Martial arts – Karate, Squash and Soccer).

After sustaining a surgical injury to his left knee (Anti Cruciate Ligament Repair) and motorbike accident resulting in a fractured ankle, he became less active and unable to participate in his sporting activities. His daily walking became problematic, with excruciating painful joints. Since discovering the use of Walking Poles! He never knew walking could be so much fun. He loves his Walking Poles and love for others what he loves for himself and hopes they will bring them better health and goodness as they have him (alhamdulillah).

In case you are wondering why I am holding walking poles, they are for exercise/training purposes (Nordic walking, compared to regular walking, involves using full-body muscles to force the pole downward with each stride. Therefore, simple walking tasks can activate multiple muscle groups, including the Chest, Latissimus Dorsi, Triceps, Shoulder, Abdominals and Spinal muscles).
